Get in Touch

Where beauty and personal care brands come to get accessibility right.

Through clinical and consumer testing with the disability community, we analyze how people interact with every touchpoint of your brand, then we redesign what doesn’t work.

Our Services

Product Accessibility Evaluation

Our Product Accessibility Evaluations are led by our Human Factors Engineer who physically assesses your packaging against established accessibility and usability standards. Participants complete structured tasks that mirror how someone would naturally use a product, and performance is measured and observed throughout.

You receive a formal report with pass/fail ratings on each guideline, specific design recommendations, and documented findings that can support accessibility claims for your packaging. This service is best for brands that need validated evidence of accessibility compliance or want expert confirmation of how a specific condition affects how people interact with their packaging.

TouchLabs

TouchLabs is our consumer testing program where real people try beauty and personal care products at home and share honest feedback on how the product performs and how functional or frustrating the packaging is. Brands receive a comprehensive report with qualitative insights that reflect how their packaging and formula actually perform in someone's routine. Testers are always compensated for their time.

This is the right starting point if you want to understand how your product is landing with your target consumer before investing in a full clinical evaluation, or if you want honest pre-launch feedback before your product hits shelves.

Digital Accessibility

We evaluate websites, social media content, and digital brand experiences against established accessibility standards to identify where disabled users are being excluded and what it takes to fix it. This includes screen reader compatibility, color contrast, font legibility, alt text, and overall ease of navigation for people with visual, cognitive, and motor disabilities.

You receive a detailed report with prioritized recommendations, and our web developer can implement the fixes directly so you're not left trying to translate technical findings on your own.

Accessible Packaging Design

If your Product Accessibility Evaluation identified changes worth making, this is the next step. Our packaging engineer works directly with your brand to develop and refine accessibility modifications to your packaging until it meets the standards your evaluation identified and is ready for manufacturing.

You stay involved at every stage and nothing moves forward without your approval.

OUR CONVICTIONS

The truths that fuel our mission

01

Beauty is Fundamentally Tactile

Fingers working through sudsy hair, the soothing massage of serum that brings relief to stressed skin, cotton pads sweeping away the day's makeup. Touch O'Clock means it's time for touch, and we're experts in crafting beauty experiences that feel as good as they look.

02

Everyone, Eventually

Disability affects everyone eventually through aging, injury, or illness, making accessible design preparation for our collective future.

03

Always Accessible

We believe accessibility isn't optional or an afterthought, it's a fundamental requirement that makes products better for everyone.

04

Never Without Us

Real accessibility requires disabled people at the center of every decision. We test with real people, not assumptions.

05

Skincare is Healthcare

Many people rely on skincare products to manage medical conditions like eczema and psoriasis. We ensure these life-saving products are actually usable by the people who need them most.
